Beijing, one of the oldest cities and the capital of China, has the heart and soul of Chinese politics and society In its long history. Take this tour and explore old Beijing glory (the Great Wall of China, the Ming Tombs). Leave Beijing to Lhasa on a train go on board the world's highest railway, the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. As the train rolled along the high Tibetan plateau, picturesque scenes of the Tibetan landscape whiz by. Due to high altitude Tibet, the train was equipped with oxygen-supply systems. Oxygen masks are available for those who are prone to altitude sickness are.
